摘要

为进一步提升地铁车辆齿轮箱的可靠性、可用性,文章以某成熟品牌齿轮箱为研究对象,绘制了齿轮箱的功能框图,并利用"故障模式、影响和危害性分析"(FMECA)方法分析了齿轮箱的故障模式、故障原因、故障影响及危害度等,得到了危害性较大的故障模式及一个架修周期内部件危害度走势.研究发现:注排油口漏油、密封环处漏油、润滑油内有异物等故障模式的危害度排名靠前,齿轮箱在运行 10 万km内的故障危害度较大,为检修的关键项点.通过设计及生产时优化材质选型,密封环涂抹密封胶,及时清洁箱体角落,检修时增加外观检查频次,进行异响监听,及时清洁外观等措施,可显著提高齿轮箱可靠性、可用性,为行业内齿轮箱的设计改进及日常维保提供一定的参考.

Abstract

In order to further improve the reliability and availability of gearboxes on metro vehicles,this paper takes a mature brand gearbox as the research object,draws a functional block diagram of the gearbox,and uses fault mode,effect and criticality analysis(FMECA)methods to analyze gearbox fault mode,fault cause,fault impact and hazard degree.Major hazardous fault modes and the trend of component failure within one overhaul cycle are obtained.Research results show that fault modes such as oil leakage at the injection and discharge ports,oil leakage at the sealing ring,and foreign objects in the lubricating oil rank high in terms of the harmfulness.The harmfulness of gearbox failure after a running distance of 100 000 km is relatively high and is the key point for maintenance.Op-timization of material selection,application of sealant to the sealing rings and timely cleaning of the corners in the gearbox casing during design and production,as well as an increase of appearance inspection frequency during ma-intenance,abnormal noise monitoring,and timely cleaning of the gearbox outer surface can significantly improve the reliability and availability of the gearboxes,which therefore could provide some references for the design im-provement and daily maintenance of the gearboxes in this industry.
