新型轨道交通智能装配拧紧系统及其关键技术研究

我国轨道行业技术的领先在全球范围内得到了广泛认可.然而,由于对轨道车辆及其零部件装配过程的信息化系统研究尚显不足,无法有效收集现场装配作业中多种类型数据,从而导致无法对产品质量作进一步数据分析.为了弥补这一缺点,引入了一种新型轨道交通智能装配拧紧系统.采用了基于Android和Windows操作系统的 2 种类型客户端,利用装配车、工具车以及PDA设备收集拧紧工具、测量工具、拍照工具、确认工具以及网络设备中的数据.为了提升现场网络通信质量,引入5G设备,并将其桥接到车间的网络环境中.该系统已经在实际生产装配拧紧作业中得到广泛应用.此次新型轨道交通智能装配拧紧系统及其关键技术的研究,能进一步监控装配拧紧等作业过程,分析装配数据,确保产品质量,并为工人提供了更加智能化和信息化的工作环境.
Research of a new intelligent assembly tightening system for rail transit industry and its key technology
China's leading technology in rail transit industry has been widely recognized worldwide.However,due to insufficient research on information system for the assembly process of rail vehicles and their components,it's impossible to effectively collect various data in field assembly operations,resulting in the inability to further analyze product quality data.To compensate for this drawback,this paper introduces a new type of intelligent assembly sys-tem for rail transit industry.This system uses two types of clients based on Android and Windows operating sys-tems,utilizing assembly carts,tool carts,and PDA hardware devices to collect data from tightening tools,measur-ing tools,cameras,confirming tools,and network devices.In order to improve the quality of on-site network com-munication,5G devices are introduced and bridged to the network environment of the workshop.This system has been widely used in actual production and assembly operations.In summary,the research on the new intelligent as-sembly system for rail transit industry and its key technologies can further enhance the monitoring of the assembly process,help analyze assembly data,ensure product quality,and provide operators with a more intelligent and in-formation-based working environment.
