按照"制造技术智能化"发展战略,文章对铁路货车车体表面标记喷涂工艺进行优化升级,提出一种铁路货车车体标记自动喷涂系统方案,车体标记自动喷涂系统由移动小车、机械臂系统、紫外线喷码系统、检测系统、通信系统、软件系统及控制系统等组成,通过机械臂携带喷码系统实现标记自动快速喷涂.相比人工喷涂方式,自动喷涂单车车体标记效率提升 20%以上,单车材料成本可节省 15 元.采用本方案设计的车体标记自动喷涂系统大幅提高喷涂效率,降低操作强度和材料成本,改善标记喷涂质量.
Concept design of an automatic mark spraying system for freight car body
In accordance with the development strategy of"intellectualization of manufacturing technology"and subsequent optimization and upgrade of railway freight car body mark spraying processes,this paper proposes an au-tomatic spraying system scheme for car body markings,and the automatic spraying system consists of a mobile cart,a robotic arm system,a UV mark spraying system,a detection system,a communication system,a software system,and a control system.The mark is automatically and quickly sprayed through the robotic arm loaded with the spra-ying system.Compared to manual spraying mode,the automatic spraying of each car body marking can increase the efficiency by more than 20%and save material costs by 15 yuan.This proposed automatic spraying system for rail-car body marking can significantly improve spraying efficiency,reduce labor intensity and material costs,while up-grading the quality of marking spraying.
