Path Study of"Golden Courses"Construction in Police Academies Based on SWOT Analysis
As refined connotation and features of golden courses,high quality,innovation and academic challenges have been widely recognized by academic circles and colleges.The golden courses in police academies are possessed with its own features due to the integrated training mode of teaching,research and practice.Currently,the main problems of golden courses in police academies lie in the insufficient support for talent cultivation,the lack of scientific planning,the absence of police characteristics and other bottlenecks in curriculum construction.Some reasons for that are individual and specific,while others are overall and common.According to the evaluation of internal conditions and external environment by SWOT analysis method,the construction of golden courses in police academies can be improved by strengthening the management of specific research,carrying out by steps and classification,improving the weak links in curriculum construction and encouraging the various development of courses.
