The characteristics of crush injuries caused in train accidents and road accidents are analyzed respectively.Then the crush injury cases are divided into different groups to analyze the injury parts,trauma characteristics,fractured places and fracture patterns,etc.It is found that the crush injuries by train crash usually occur on the lower limbs which are totally broken in 82.6％cases.The crush injuries in train and road accidents usually occur on the torso which are totally broken in most train accidents and 94.74％cases are open fracture,and 57.9％in road accidents are closed injuries.There are obvious differences in the matter of injury parts,trauma forms and characteristics of crush injuries in train accidents and road accidents.
