摘要
完善以需求为导向的公安秘书学实训教学体系对于提高公安院校学生的综合素养及实践能力具有重要价值.公安秘书学实训教学面临教学与公安工作需求之间衔接不紧密、学生主体与教学情境的适配度不高、实训课程内外设计存在交叉重叠、组内"搭便车"现象长期存在及教学评价反馈相对滞后等现实困境.为此,应结合公安实践、创新需求导向,消除学科壁垒、统筹设计实训,打破小组定势、整合竞争合作,更新评价机制、激活主观能动性,完善育人体系、实现思政育人和教学目标统一,以期优化公安秘书学实训教学路径.
Abstract
It is of great value to develop the demand-oriented training system of police secretarial science to improve students'comprehensive quality and practical ability in police academies.The practical teaching of police secretarial science is confronted with many realistic problems,such as the loose links between the education and demands of police work,the lack of adaptability between the role of students and the teaching situation,the repetition of internal and external design of the training course,the long-term existence of the"free rider"phenomenon in the team,and the relative delay of teaching assessment.Therefore,considering the police work and innovation demand,the teaching should eliminate the barriers of disciplines,make the training plan overly,break the stereotypes of group,coordinate competition and cooperation,renew the assessment system,activate subjective initiative,improve the education system,and realize the unity of cultivation,ideological education and the teaching goals to optimize the training of police secretarial education.
