To promote the high-quality development of regional economy,it is urgent to improve the logistics service capacity and business efficiency of Ziyun Railway.This paper first presents the status quo of infrastructure,logistics service areas and freight volume of Ziyun Railway,and then analyzes the problems of the logistics service capacity of Ziyun Railway,such as the need to strengthen freight facilities and equipment and the need to improve operational efficiency.By drawing inspiration from the development of modern logistics in domestic and foreign railways,this paper proposes strategies to enhance the logistics service capacity of Ziyun Railway,which includes:upgrading the existing freight facilities for logistics purposes;expanding the railway logistics market,strengthening the rail-water multimodal transportation,operating the HXN series high-power diesel locomotives,and improving the comprehensive effi-ciency the Ziyun Railway,to further promote the Ziyun Railway to serve the development of industrial parks and ports along the line.
