摘要

"多网融合"是我国构建综合交通运输体系服务一体化和运营网络化的发展目标,针对多制式轨道交通互联互通模式进行综合评价与比选研究,可以为实现"多网融合"提供研究依据.通过分析多制式轨道交通互联互通模式判别客流需求、投资成本、服务水平、运营管理难度等影响因素,构建多制式轨道交通互联互通模式综合评价模型,采用改进的基于熵值法的TOPSIS方法综合计算评价结果并进行优劣排序,实现互联互通模式的综合评价及比选.以广佛江珠线路与佛穗莞线路互联互通项目为例,分析结果对该模型和算法的有效性进行了验证.

Abstract

"Multi-network integration"is the goal of developing a comprehensive transportation system in China through integrat-ing the services and the networks.This paper carries out a comprehensive evaluation and comparison study on the integration modes of multi-mode rail systems to provide research basis for achieving"multi-network integration".By analyzing the influencing factors such as passenger flow demand,investment cost,service level,and operational management difficulty,a comprehensive evaluation model is built for integration modes of multi-mode rail systems.The improved TOPSIS method based on entropy method is applied to compre-hensively calculate the evaluation results and rank the advantages and disadvantages,achieving comprehensive evaluation and compari-son of the integration mode.Taking the integration project between Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Line and Foshan-Huizhou-Dongguan Line as an example,the analysis results show that the effectiveness of the model and algorithm has been verified.
