摘要
铁路现代物流随着我国经济社会的发展不断发展,同时面临国家能源结构优化、产业结构调整、消费结构变化带来的挑战和机遇.在阐述"十三五"以来社会物流发展现状的基础上,通过研究以煤炭为重点的大宗物流,以工业制成品和实物消费品为重点的白货物流政策形势影响,分析未来铁路大宗物资运量逐步下降和铁路白货物流市场空间广阔,从加强社会物流研究、深化煤炭"公转铁"、推动白货"公联铁"、发展集装箱运输、完善铁路场站配套设施等方面,提出我国铁路现代物流发展策略,以更好应对挑战、把握机遇,为铁路现代物流高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Modern railway logistics is growing together with the socioeconomic development in China.At the same time,there are challenges and opportunities brought by the optimization of national energy structure,adjustment of industrial structure,and changes in consumption structure.Based on the elaboration on the current situation of social logistics development during the 13th Five-Year-Plan period,this paper studies the impact of policies on bulk logistics with coal as the focus,and white goods logistics with industrial products and consumer goods as the focus.It analyzes the gradual decline in railway bulk goods traffic and the prom-ising market potential for railway white goods logistics in the future.From the aspects of strengthening social logistics study,deepen-ing the road-to-rail shift of coal transportation,promoting the road-plus-rail transportation for white goods,developing container transportation,and improving railway yards supporting facilities,this paper proposes the development strategy of modern railway lo-gistics in China to better respond to challenges,seize opportunities,and provide reference for the high-quality development of mod-ern railway logistics.
