摘要
铁路计次定期票作为一种特殊的铁路运输服务产品,在满足人们日常出行需求、提升旅客出行体验方面具有不可替代的作用.在阐述计次定期票的特性、限制性及应用场景的基础上,结合我国铁路计次定期票运营现状,探讨我国铁路计次定期票在产品形式、票价策略、应用场景、产品认知度以及服务质量等方面存在的问题.从构建差异化产品、优化票价政策、丰富产品线、加大宣传力度、提升客户服务等维度,提出我国铁路计次定期票优化策略.铁路计次定期票发展前景广阔,深入研究铁路计次定期票的优化升级,为铁路可持续发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
Trip-limited and term-fixed ticket is a special type of railway service product that provides a limited number of trips within a fixed term.This product plays an irreplaceable role in meeting people's daily travel needs and improving passenger travel experience.Based on elaborating on the characteristics,limitations,and user scenarios of trip-limited and term-fixed ticket,combin-ing with its current operation status,this paper explores the existing challenges in the product form,fare policy,user scenarios,prod-uct awareness,and service quality of China Railway's trip-limited and term-fixed ticket.From the aspects of developing differenti-ated products,optimizing ticket fare policies,enriching product lines,increasing publicity efforts,and improving customer service,this paper proposes the optimization strategies for China Railway's trip-limited and term-fixed ticket.The market of trip-limited and term-fixed ticket service is promising,and in-depth research on the optimization of trip-limited and term-fixed ticket service will pro-vide reference for the sustainable development of railway business.
