摘要
粤港澳大湾区轨道交通票务清分系统一体化的建设成为促进城市群经济深度融合、推动区域交通网络高效协同和提升区域交通服务水平的关键环节.为响应干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、城市轨道交通"四网融合"战略要求,结合粤港澳大湾区轨道交通票务清分系统现状及存在问题,阐述粤港澳大湾区轨道交通区域间、区域内一体化票务需求,剖析轨道交通票务清分系统互联互通方案.在此基础上,建立"1+M+N"3级一体化票务清分系统架构,提出新建1级中心方案、改造2级中心方案、改造线路中心及车站设备方案,为轨道交通票务清分系统一体化提供有力支撑,实现地铁与城际铁路无障碍换乘,促进粤港澳大湾区轨道交通高效协同,推动区域经济的一体化发展.
Abstract
The development of the integrated railway ticket clearing system for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a key part in promoting economic integration of urban agglomeration,promoting efficient coordination of regional trans-portation network,and improving the regional transportation service.In response to the strategic requirements of the"four network integration"of mainline railway,intercity railway,suburban railway,and urban rail transit,combining with the current situation and existing challenges of the railway ticket clearing system of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper elabo-rates on the demand for integrated railway ticketing among and within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area re-gions,and analyzes the interoperability plan of the railway ticket clearing system.On this basis,a"1+M+N"three-level integrated ticket clearing system architecture is established,and proposes plans for building a new level-1 center,renovating a level-2 center,and renovating line terminal and station equipment.This provides strong support for the integration of railway ticket clearing sys-tems,and helps achieving wheelchair-free transfer between subway and intercity railway,promoting efficient coordination of railway transportation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and promoting the integrated development of regional economy.
