成德眉资经济圈轨道交通一体化发展对策研究

摘要
经济圈是都市圈发展进程中寻求更高标准、更高质量的城市形态,不仅能够更好地优化城市资源配置,还能够提升城市整体竞争力,促进经济的持续健康发展.成德眉资经济圈轨道交通一体化建设,不断促进多层次轨道交通初步成网,轨道交通半小时通勤圈和"两环三射"框架初步形成.通过阐释成德眉资经济圈轨道交通发展现状,从线网布局、运营管理、协同机制等方面,分析成德眉资经济圈轨道交通一体化发展存在的问题,提出完善轨道交通线网布局、加强运营管理一体化、强化组织协同管理等对策,以推动成德眉资经济圈协同发展.
Abstract
Economic zone is an urban form with higher standard and higher quality in the development process of a metropoli-tan area.This form can not only better optimize the allocation of urban resources,but also enhance the overall competitiveness of the city and promote sustainable and healthy economic development.The integrated development of the railway network in the Chengdu-Deyang-Meizhou-Ziyang(CDMZ)Economic Zone has continuously promoted the preliminary formation of a multi-level railway network,and the half-hour commuting circle and the"two rings and three radial lines"structure of railway network have been initially formed.By explaining the current development status of railway network in the CDMZ Economic Zone,this paper ana-lyzes the problems existing in the integrated development of railway network in the CDMZ Economic Zone from the aspects of net-work layout,operation management,and collaboration mechanism.It proposes the countermeasures such as improving the layout of railway network,strengthening the integration of operation and management,and enhancing organizational collaboration manage-ment to promote the coordinated development of the CDMZ Economic Zone.
