With the rapid development of China railway industry,the number of employees in state-owned railway enterprise in-creases while the mode of employment changes.Socializd employment,as a new type of employment method,is being more widely adopted in state-owned railway enterprise.This paper first elaborates the development trend of socializd employment in state-owned railway enterprise,and then analyzes the advantages of socializd employment in terms of improving employment management flex-ibility,reducing labor costs,enhancing core competitiveness,and promoting stable development of enterprises.The challenges of so-cializd employment are investigated from the aspects of shortage of labor,management difficulties,policy difficulties,etc.This pa-per proposes countermeasures for socializd employment in state-owned railway enterprise,namely:improving the labor employment system and standardizing labor employment management;strengthening corporate culture to build harmonious labor relations;for-mulating scientific employment plans and more flexible employment policy;optimizing the salary and welfare system and smooth-ing the career development channels;strengthening legal compliance management to effectively avoid employment risks.
