The digital economy has become a vital engine driving global economic growth with the widespread application of the Internet,big data and cloud computing.It fully leverages the advantages of cross-border e-commerce under the background of the digital economy.Such advantages as overcoming geographical boundaries,reducing transaction costs and accelerating market in-tegration help to lower operational costs,improve efficiency and enhance market competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce,thereby laying the foundation for facilitating international trade.By analyzing the integration of the digital economy and cross-border e-commerce,this paper explains the current status and existing issues in the development of cross-border e-commerce be-tween Guizhou and ASEAN.It proposes strategies for advancing cross-border e-commerce between Guizhou and ASEAN,including optimizing the policy environment,enhancing the application of big data technology,expanding the cross-border e-commerce mar-ket,optimizing logistics supply chain management,and strengthening the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talent.These strate-gies aim to promote the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises between Guizhou and ASEAN from mul-tiple dimensions,such as policy,technology,market,logistics and talent.
