重载铁路有砟道床捣固作业参数的合理取值

根据朔黄铁路(朔州—黄骅)大型养路机械捣固作业实际情况,建立捣镐群和有砟道床的耦合模型,模拟大型养路机械捣固作业,分析捣固参数(捣镐振动频率、插镐速度、插镐深度)对道床密实度、道砟配位数、道床垂向刚度的影响,进而确定捣固参数的合理取值.结果表明:与捣固前相比,捣固后道床状态参数有所增加,道床密实度增幅在11.34%~13.21%,道砟配位数增幅在0.72%~4.34%,道床垂向刚度增幅在6.56%~64.27%,说明在一定范围内改变捣固参数对道床密实度和道床垂向刚度的影响比较明显,而对道砟配位数的影响不大;捣镐振动频率、插镐速度、插镐深度均主要影响道床垂向刚度;朔黄铁路捣固作业参数的合理取值为捣镐振动频率35 Hz,插镐速度1.0 m/s,插镐深度25 mm.
Optimal Parameters for Tamping Operations on Heavy-haul Railway with Ballasted Track Bed
This study focuses on tamping operations using heavy-duty track maintenance machinery on Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway.A coupled model of the tamping group and ballasted track bed was developed to simulate these operations.The analysis delves into the influence of tamping parameters(tamping vibration frequency,tamping speed,tamping depth)on track bed compactness,ballast coordination number,and vertical stiffness of the track bed.The results reveal post-tamping increases in track bed state parameters,with track bed compactness rising by 11.34%~13.21%,ballast coordination number by 0.72%~4.34%,and vertical stiffness by 6.56%~64.27%.Notably,changes in tamping parameters within a defined range have a discernible impact on track bed compactness and vertical stiffness,while the effect on ballast coordination number is relatively minor.Tamping vibration frequency,tamping speed,and tamping depth predominantly influence the vertical stiffness of the track bed.The recommended optimal parameter values for tamping operations on the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway are tamping vibration frequency of 35 Hz,tamping speed of 1.0 m/s,and tamping depth of 25 mm.
