为了满足钢轨纵向阻力现场测试需求,提出了一种现场长钢轨无损测试扣件钢轨纵向阻力的方法,设计了测试装置,并给出了测试流程.选取哈齐高铁(哈尔滨—齐齐哈尔)和大西高铁(大同—西安)两条典型无砟轨道线路,在大跨度连续梁上进行小阻力扣件钢轨纵向阻力现场测试.该装置采用固定钢轨拉动扣件的方式,具有结构轻便、操作简单、精度高、稳定性好等优点.现场测试结果表明:由于现场钢轨普遍锈蚀严重,导致实测钢轨纵向阻力远超设计值,即便更换新的不锈钢复合垫板或其他非金属材料减摩垫板,仍无法解决现场小阻力扣件钢轨纵向阻力过大的问题.
On-site Testing Method for Longitudinal Resistance of Small Resistance Fastener Rails in Ballastless Track of High Speed Railway
In order to meet the on-site testing requirements for longitudinal resistance of rails,a non-destructive testing method for longitudinal resistance of long rails with fasteners was proposed.A testing device was designed,and the testing process was provided.Two typical ballastless track lines were selected,the Harbin-Qiqihar high speed railway and the Datong-Xi'an high speed railway,and on-site tests on the longitudinal resistance of small resistance fastening rails on long-span continuous beams was conducted.This device adopts the method of fixed rail pulling fasteners,which has the advantages of lightweight structure,simple operation,high accuracy,and good stability.The on-site test results show that due to severe corrosion of the rails on site,the measured longitudinal resistance of the rails far exceeds the design value.Even if new stainless steel composite pads or other non-metallic material anti friction pads are replaced,the problem of excessive longitudinal resistance of the small resistance fasteners on site cannot be solved.
