铁路北斗/GNSS基准服务平台设计与研发

为进一步提高铁路控制网的服务效能与信息化水平,实现铁路工务基准复测的自动维护,本文提出了一种铁路北斗/GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)基准服务平台.分析控制网复测中稳定点与变动点的判断方法,提出位置基准自维护流程,结合互联网通信与卫星定位等技术,从平台关键技术、框架设计和模块研发方面论述铁路北斗/GNSS基准服务平台的研发过程.该系统能够实现基准站位置的自动维护,终端设备定位的高精度播发,减少线路复测过程中的工作量,为铁路工务运维降低部分成本.
Design and Development of Railway Beidou/GNSS Reference Service Platform
In order to further improve the service efficiency and information level of railway control network,and to achieve automatic maintenance of railway engineering datum remeasurement,a railway Beidou/GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)reference service platform was put forward in this paper,the judgement method of stable and changing points in control network remeasurement was analyzed,the self-maintenance process of position datum was proposed.Combining Internet communication and satellite positioning technologies,the research and development process of the railway Beidou/GNSS reference service platform was discussed from the aspects of key technologies,framework design and module research and development.The system can achieve automatic maintenance of reference station position,high-precision broadcasting of terminal equipment positioning,reduce the workload in the process of line re-testing,and reduce part of the cost for railway engineering operation and maintenance.
