工电检修装备隧道内作业工作环境改善综合方案

对于既有工电检修装备在隧道内的施工场景,机械化施工过程中一氧化碳及颗粒物对施工人员危害最大.本文设计出可安装于车顶的模块化尾气净化装置,采用多单元并联方案使得净化装置适用于不同功率等级发动机;为解决编组施工工况下的尾气聚集问题,设计了辅助通风系统,可安装于平板车上编入施工编组,实现隧道内的强制通风;为解决施工作业区扬尘问题,设计了雾化喷淋降尘系统.结果表明:尾气净化装置可以实现较高的一氧化碳及颗粒物净化率,可适应柴油发动机要求;辅助通风系统可以进一步净化隧道内空气,优化作业人员施工环境,达到设计目标;喷淋降尘系统可进一步优化隧道工作环境.
Comprehensive Solution for Improving Work Environment of Construction Using Track and Electrical Maintenance Equipment in Tunnels
Regarding the construction scenario of existing track and electrical maintenance equipment in tunnels,carbon monoxide and particulate matter pose the greatest harm to construction personnel during the mechanized construction process of tunnels.This article designed a modular exhaust gas purification device that can be installed on the roof,using a multi unit parallel connection scheme to make the purification device suitable for engines of different power levels.To solve the problem of exhaust gas accumulation under grouping construction conditions,an auxiliary ventilation system has been designed,which can be installed on flatbed trucks and incorporated into the construction grouping to achieve forced ventilation inside the tunnel.To solve the dust problem in the construction operation area,an atomization spray dust reduction system has been designed.The results show that the exhaust gas purification device can achieve high purification rates of carbon monoxide and particulate matter,and can meet the requirements of diesel engines.The auxiliary ventilation system can further purify the air inside the tunnel,optimize the construction environment for workers,and achieve design goals.The spray dust reduction system can further optimize the working environment of tunnels.
