Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System for Steel Structure Canopy of Railway Passenger Station
Aiming at the shortcomings of railway building management such as long inspection period and lack of timeliness of railway inspection result,a steel structure canopy of railway passenger station monitoring system was proposed, which can guide the managers of building equipment to operate and maintain daily.Through the ambient wind, temperature, stress, vibration acceleration, train wind pressure and other monitoring,it can achieve real-time display of steel structure canopy status and hierarchical alarm, while supporting the impact of train wind on the steel structure canopy analysis. The system architecture includes the perception layer, the transport layer, the data layer and the application layer. The analysis of measured data shows that the impact of environmental wind on the structure is related to the surrounding occlusion and building layout. The daily temperature affected by the structure shows a trend of high day and low night, and there is a time lag between the surface temperature of the structure and the ambient temperature. The annual temperature change shows a trend of high summer and low winter. The correlation between stress changes in steel structures and temperature changes on a daily basis is strong, but the relationship between stress and temperature is not entirely linear, and there is a gap between measured stress changes and simulation simulations. The vibration of the steel truss is greatly affected by train wind, with a maximum wind pressure of 130 Pa.The vertical vibration acceleration of the purlin is affected by the connection nodes between the purlin and the steel truss,as well as the vertical vibration of the steel truss.
