Rectification Plan for Bed Slab Arch of Ballastless Track with Double-block Sleeper in Subgrade-bridge Transition Section
Regarding the arch disease on the track bed slab at the end beam position of the continuous ballastless track with double-block sleeper in the subgrade-bridge transition section,a theoretical analysis model was established to study the influence of interlayer bonding state and end beam support conditions on the deformation of the arch on the track bed slab.Five reinforcement planting schemes were proposed, and the improvement effects of each scheme were compared and analyzed. The results show that overall, the track bed slab arches within a range of 10 m from the center of the end beam on the roadbed side, and the maximum position of the arch is about 3 m from the center of the end beam.As the interlayer tensile and shear strength increase, the maximum vertical displacement of the track bed slab shows a non-linear decreasing trend, and interlayer bonding significantly suppresses the upward arch deformation of the track bed slab. The influence of interlayer friction coefficient, support layer, graded crushed stone, and AB group filler on the lateral support stiffness of the end beam and the deformation of the arch on the track bed slab is relatively small.Planting reinforcement within a range of 20 m from the end beam has less restriction on the deformation of the arch on the track bed slab.Increasing the reinforcement planting within a range of 10 m from the end beam on the subgrade side can significantly reduce the deformation of the arch on the track bed slab.
