哥伦比亚波哥大双线有轨电车线路全长39.66 km,为满足项目的运行需求,研究设计了54E1钢轨6号(R50 m)单开道岔.根据项目给定的道岔前长、后长及全长要求,结合城市轨道常用道岔的特点及参数要求,选择未被平衡离心加速度的参数和线型,尖轨采用断面为54E1A1的钢轨,尖轨跟端采用具有一定弯曲变形能力的结构,尖轨尖端藏于基本轨轨头下颚(藏尖值为3 mm).为满足无缝线路的要求,采用爆炸硬化焊接高锰钢辙叉.扣件结构为分开式Ⅱ型弹条扣件,为减少牵引点两侧基本轨外倾和减少轨距扩张,在基本轨外侧设置轨撑.
Design of No.6 Single Turnout of Tramcar 54E1 Rail in Bogota,Colombia
The total length of the double track tramcar line in Bogota,Colombia is 39.66 km.In order to meet the operational requirements of the project,a 54E1 steel rail No.6(R50 m)single turnout was studied and designed.Based on the requirements for the front length,rear length,and overall length of the turnout given in the project,combined with the characteristics and parameter requirements of commonly used urban rail turnouts,parameters and layout without balanced centrifugal acceleration are selected.The switch rail adopts a steel rail with a cross-section of 54E1A1,and the heel end of the switch rail adopts a structure with certain bending deformation ability.The tip of the switch rail is hidden in the lower jaw of the base rail head(with a hidden tip value of 3 mm).To meet the requirements of seamless track,explosive hardening welded high manganese steel frog is adopted.The fastener structure is a split type Ⅱ elastic bar fastener.In order to reduce the outward inclination of the basic rail on both sides of the traction point and minimize the expansion of the track gauge,rail braces are installed on the outer side of the basic rail.
