摘要

对于高速铁路装配式一体化桥梁,含上部结构预制箱梁装配式桥面系和下部结构装配式桥墩及大直径预应力高强混凝土(Prestressed High-strength Concrete,PHC)管桩,国内外高速铁路桥梁尚无一体化应用先例.以京雄城际铁路为工程背景,开展桥梁装配式一体化设计建造关键技术应用实践,从各装配式结构的设计方案、施工工艺及现场试验验证等方面开展研究.对全装配式桥梁与邻近常规工法施工桥梁的运营性能进行了检测,结果表明装配式一体化桥梁结构完全满足高速铁路运行安全性、平稳性等方面要求,结构安全可靠.

Abstract

The high speed railway prefabricated integrated bridge includes the upper structure prefabricated box girder prefabricated bridge deck system,lower structure prefabricated bridge piers,and large-diameter prestressed high-strength concrete(PHC)pipe piles.There is no precedent for integrated application of high speed railway bridges at home and abroad.Based on the actual engineering background of the Jingxiong Intercity Railway,key technology application practices for integrated design and construction of bridge assembly were carried out,and research was conducted from the design schemes,construction processes,and on-site test verification of various assembly structures.A comparative analysis was conducted on the operational performance testing of fully assembled bridges and adjacent conventional construction bridges.The results showed that the integrated prefabricated bridge structure fully meets the requirements of high speed railway operation safety,stability,and other aspects,and the structure is safe and reliable.
