建筑基坑施工对邻近城际铁路联络线路基变形的影响

廊坊东—北京新机场站城际铁路联络线工程位于松软土地区.采用数值分析软件建立三维模型对邻近铁路商业楼基坑降水、基坑开挖、商业楼施工、铁路铺轨及通车等阶段进行模拟,分析基坑施工对邻近城际铁路联络线路基变形的影响规律.结果表明:基坑施工引起的铁路路基水平位移较小,累计沉降在32.1~33.6 mm,满足路基工后沉降不超过150 mm的控制要求;基坑降水及开挖施工阶段铁路路基沉降最大,占总沉降的84.5%.根据模拟计算结果和工程实际情况,提出了基坑外侧明排降水、基坑分段开挖支护、四个基坑同步对称施工、邻近铁路路基变形监测等基坑设计和施工建议.
Influence of Foundation Pit Construction of Building on Subgrade Deformation of Adjacent Intercity Railway Link Line
The intercity railway link line project between Langfang East and Beijing New Airport Station is located in a soft soil area.Using numerical analysis software to establish a three-dimensional model to simulate the stages of adjacent railway commercial building foundation pit dewatering,excavation,construction,railway track laying and opening,and analyze the impact of foundation pit construction on the subgrade deformation of adjacent intercity railway link line.The results show that the horizontal displacement of railway subgrade caused by foundation pit construction is relatively small,with a cumulative settlement of 32.1~33.6 mm,which could meet the control requirement of post construction settlement not exceeding 150 mm.The railway subgrade settlement is the largest during the foundation pit dewatering and excavation construction stage,accounting for 84.5%of the total settlement.Based on the simulation calculation results and the actual engineering situation,suggestions for the design and construction of foundation pits are proposed,including open drainage and dewatering on the outside of the foundation pit,segmented excavation and support of the foundation pit,synchronous symmetrical construction of four foundation pits,and monitoring of adjacent railway subgrade deformation.
