沪苏通长江公铁大桥主跨跨度1 092 m,桥区河段航道为Ⅰ-(1)航道.大桥主通航孔按代表船型5万吨级集装箱船和10万吨级散货船、代表船队16×3 000 t级内河船队考虑防撞标准.防船撞设施采用钢-复合材料浮式结构,具有结构复杂、平面尺寸大、质量大等特点.采用如下总体施工方案,即工厂内分段加工制造,整体预拼装后解体,再将各分段通过龙门吊移至港池内,在港池内组装成大节段,通过拖船拖带浮运至桥址,用螺栓连接成整体,实现了安全、优质、快速安装.
The main span of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is 1 092 m,and the waterway in the bridge area is Ⅰ-(1)waterway.The main navigation holes of the bridge are based on the anti-collision standards for the representative ship types of 50 000 t container ships and 100 000 t bulk carriers,and the representative fleet of 16×3 000 t inland river fleet.The anti-collision facilities are made of steel-composite floating structure,which has the characteristics of complex structure,large plane size and heavy weight.The overall construction plan has been adopted to achieve safe,high-quality,and fast installation,which involves segmented processing and manufacturing in the factory,disassembly after overall pre-assembly,and then moving each segment to the harbor basin through a gantry crane.The segments are assembled into large sections in the harbor basin and towed by a tugboat to the bridge site,where they are bolted together as a whole.
