Adaptability of Synchronous Grouting Slurry and Tianjin Area Stratum in Shield Construction
This study focused on the typical soft soil strata in the Tianjin area shield tunnle construction, used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Method to screen the synchronous grouting slurry for 45 groups of grout mixtures. The results show that, the water cement ratio and swelling ratio have a significant impact on the viscosity of the slurry. The water cement ratio and sand cement ratio have a significant impact on the setting time of the slurry. The water cement ratio and swelling ratio have a significant impact on the bleeding rate of the slurry. The water cement ratio has a significant impact on the compressive strength of the slurry. The water cement ratio and the sand cement ratio have a significant impact on the consolidation shrinkage rate of the slurry. Then, through Game Theory Combined Weight Method,it is found that the weight of slurry setting time and compressive strength was the highest, while the weight of density was the lowest. Finally, the synchronous grouting mixture ratio suitable for the typical strata in Tianjin was obtained by Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method. The resule can provid a reference for synchronous grouting in shield tunneling in the Tianjin area.
