Track-Bridge Dynamic Characteristics After Ballast Bed Cleaning Operation of Heavy Haul Railway Bridge Section
After the track of the heavy haul railway bridge section was cleaned and screened by a large machine, the stability of the ballast bed was insufficient. In the early stage of the line opening, the speed of trains had to be limited, which greatly restricted the heavy haul transportation. This article was based on the spatial coupling model of heavy haul train-track-bridge,and studied the effects of different opening speeds, train axle loads, and track bed stiffness on the safety of train operation and the dynamic response of bridge structure. The adaptability of the track-bridge was analyzed after the line is reopened. The results show that when the opening speed is between 60 km/h and 80 km/h,the safety indicators of train operation and the vertical displacement of rails increase slightly with the increase of train opening speed. The wheel-rail force, derailment coefficient, and wheel load reduction rate all meet the requirements of the specifications, and the deflection and vertical acceleration of the bridge body are within the safe range. The axle load of the train has a significant impact on the safety indicators of train operation. The wheel-rail force increases rapidly with the increase of axle load, and the vertical acceleration of the bridge deck under a 40 t axle load exceeds the standard limit, posing a certain threat to the stability of the track bed-bridge deck. The stiffness of the track bed has a relatively small impact on the safety indicators of train operation. The greater the stiffness of the track bed,the smaller the vertical displacement of the steel rail and the greater the vertical acceleration of the bridge deck should be.
