摘要

为了实现连续轨道下多组扣件弹性垫板及组装静刚度的同时检测,通过分析扣件弹性垫板及组装静刚度的实验室检测原理,搭建了连续轨道扣件弹性垫板及组装静刚度检测试验平台,制定了检测流程,理论推导了基于扣件内力的连续轨道扣件弹性垫板和组装静刚度的计算式.通过建立有限元仿真模型分析扣件节点受力,以及在不同加载位置下通过试验检测扣件弹性垫板及组装静刚度,验证方法的准确性和可靠性.结果表明,基于扣件内力的连续轨道垫板及组装静刚度检测方法误差在5%以内,可以为铁路现场连续钢轨扣件静刚度检测提供参考.

Abstract

In order to achieve simultaneous detection of elastic pads and assembly static stiffness of multiple sets of fasteners under continuous tracks,the laboratory testing principle for elastic pads and assembly static stiffness of fasteners was analyzed.A continuous track fastener elastic pad and assembly static stiffness testing platform was built,and a testing process was developed.The calculation formula for elastic pads and assembly static stiffness of continuous track fasteners based on internal forces of fasteners was theoretically derived.By establishing a finite element simulation model to analyze the stress on fastener nodes and testing the elastic pad and assembly static stiffness of fasteners at different loading positions,the accuracy and reliability of the method were verified.The results show that the error of the continuous track pad and assembly static stiffness detection method based on the internal force of fasteners is within 5%,which can provide reference for the static stiffness detection of continuous rail fasteners on railway sites.
