Improvement Measures for Anti-loosening Performance of WJ-8 Type Fastener Screw Spike
In the normal installation state of WJ-8 type fasteners, when the spike is hammered, the screw spike may be loose or even popped out.In response to this issue, this article conducted force analysis on the equilibrium and non-equilibrium states of spikes, analyzed the factors affecting the anti-loosening performance of bolt pairs, and proposed improvement measures for the anti-loosening performance of screw spike. The results indicate that the anti-loosening performance of screw spike is related to the helix angle, thread friction radius, and thread dynamic friction coefficient.Reducing the helix angle of the screw spike, increasing the friction radius of the thread, increasing the upper flank angle, and adopting a rougher surface anti-corrosion method can significantly improve the anti-loosening performance of the screw spike.
