多通道线阵相机隧道洞口图像拼接方法

隧道洞口图像拼接是隧道衬砌裂缝检测系统的重要环节.以一条线路的多通道隧道洞口图像为基准,提出了一种多通道线阵相机隧道洞口图像拼接方法,该方法基于图像处理分为粗定位、精识别两阶段,可有效提高隧道图像拼接的效率和准确性.试验结果表明,该方法在隧道洞口图像拼接试验中的成功率为82%,能有效降低人工成本,提高工作效率,从而促进隧道衬砌裂缝检测的自动化发展.
Tunnel portal image stitching is an important part of tunnel lining crack detection system.Taking the multi-channel tunnel portal images of tunnel in centain railway as benchmark,a multi-channel line array camera tunnel portal image stitching method was proposed,which is based on the image processing divided into two phases of coarse positioning and fine identification,and can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of tunnel portal image stitching.The experimental results show that,the success rate of this method in the tunnel portal image stitching experiment is up to 82%,which effectively reduces the labor cost,improves the working efficiency,and lays the foundation for the automation development of tunnel lining crack detection system.
