摘要

在我国铁路建设探索并推行设计牵头的工程总承包(EPC)建设模式下,急需建立与之相适应的工程总承包项目管理体系.本文首先分析铁路工程EPC项目管理现状,并构建基于铁路工程EPC项目的数字化协同管理体系,通过搭建数字化管理平台有效集成设计成果与施工过程多源数据信息,为铁路工程EPC项目利益相关方提供可视化数据共享、分析和预测服务,以达到辅助决策支持与多目标动态实施目的,确保最终实现"提高效率、保障安全、提升质量、降低成本"的建设目标.

Abstract

In China,the railway industry is actively exploring and implementing the construction mode of EPC led by the Design Institute.It is urgent to establish a suitable project management system for EPC contractors.This paper first analyzes the current situation of EPC project management in railway engineering,and builds a digital collaborative management system based on EPC project management in railway engineering.By building a digital management platform,it effectively integrates design results and multi-source data of the construction process,and provides visual services including data sharing,analysis and forecasting for stakeholders of EPC project for railway engineering.It can achieve the purpose of assisting decision-making and dynamic implementation of multiple objectives,and ensure that the construction goals of'improving efficiency,ensuring safety,improving quality,and reducing costs'are achieved ultimately.
