Reflections on Digital Twin Empowering Future Community Construction and Operation and Maintenance
In order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of communities,how to use digital twin technology to empower the construction and operation and maintenance of future community to solve the challenges of governance mode transformation and digital transformation faced by current community development is a topic worth studying.For this reason,this paper analyzed the current situation of community construction and operation and maintenance(the limitations of comprehensive insight,the fragmentation of data management,and the discreteness of all parties'participation);the overall implementation scheme of digital twin empowering future community construction and operation and maintenance was proposed,including the overall technical framework of 'six levels and three guarantees',five technical elements and implementation path;the advantages and benefits of digital twins in future community construction,operation and maintenance were analyzed;and the direction of the next expansion research was considered and prospected,which can provide reference for the construction and operation and maintenance of digital twin future communities.
