摘要

依照近年来国家政策要求以及物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新兴技术的发展,建设项目运维管理理念逐渐从传统模式向数字化、智慧化管理转变.通过分析园区项目运维管理现阶段的环境,总结我国园区运维管理水平和业务能力水平,针对管理环境的痛点难点,提供数字化运维管理的通用解决思路,充分利用项目建设阶段和竣工阶段的建筑信息模型(BIM)可视化特征,实现空间的精准定位,达到空间-设备-事件状态联动的能力,从而提升园区项目全生命周期建设与管理的生产、运维效益.

Abstract

In accordance with the requirements of national policies in recent years and the development of the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies,the concept of construction project O&M management has gradually shifted from the traditional models to digital and intelligent management.This article analyzed the current environment of park project O&M management,summarized the level of park project O&M management and business capabilities in China,and provided a universal solution ideas for digital O&M management to address the pain points and difficulties in managing the environment.By fully utilizing the visual features of the Building Information Model(BIM)during the construction and completion stages of the project,the precise positioning of space was realized,and the ability of space-equipment-event state linkage was achieved,thereby enhancing the production,operation and maintenance efficiency of the park project full life cycle construction and management.
