Technical Research of BIM 3D Modeling in Tunnel Geological Survey
In engineering geological survey, the traditional two-dimensional drawings are difficult to meet the increasingly refined design requirements.Especially for the mountainous railway tunnel with complex terrain conditions, the application of BIM 3D modeling technology can realize the dynamic simulation and visualization of the geological conditions in the project area. This paper is based on a tunnel project near Anqing City, combined with BIM technology, the research on sorting out geological survey data and establishing three-dimensional model is carried out.The engineering three-dimensional geological system Aglos Geo software developed by relying on Bentley graphic platform MicroStation and Microsoft database SQLserver is applied.A 3D geological model of a tunnel is created and attributes of the model are endowed and collaborative application is explored,it shows the geological conditions of the project area directly and clearly. The research results can provide technical reference for the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of design, construction, operation and maintenance of tunnels and other underground banded projects, and have a practical guiding role for the application of BIM in future geological survey.
