盾尾密封油脂生态友好性能测试方法和评价指标探讨

摘要
随着城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,盾构掘进施工中所使用的盾构耗材可能对周边土壤、水环境造成的影响问题,已引起社会各界的广泛关注.通过优选来自天然植物基或动物基原材料,利用正交试验设计方法进行配方优化,研制了一种生态友好型盾构用盾尾密封油脂ANDR-P3 型,探讨了盾尾密封油脂生态友好性能的测试方法和评价指标,并根据提出的测试方法做了不同品牌盾构用盾尾密封油脂的斑马鱼急性毒性试验、室外试验田实验的对比研究.结果表明,自主研发的生态友好型盾尾密封油脂ANDR-P3 型对斑马鱼的致死率和对植物生长影响显著低于国内外同类型产品,其生态友好性能优势显著.
Abstract
With the rapid development of urban rail transit,shield consumables used in shield tunneling construction may affect the surrounding soil and water environment,which has attracted wide attention from all sectors of society.By selecting materials from natural plant or animal and using orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the formula,an eco-friendly type of shield tail sealing grease ANDR-P3 was developed.The test method and evaluation index of eco-friendliness for shield tail sealing grease were discussed.Based on the proposed test method,the acute toxicity test of zebrafish and outdoor test field experiment for different brands of shield tail sealing grease was performed to compare their eco-friendliness.The results show that the zebrafish mortality and effects on plant growth of self-developed eco-friendly shield tail sealing grease ANDR-P3 are significantly lower than those of similar products at home and abroad.Its eco-friendly performance has significant advantages.
