磁浮动力轨参数自动检测设备研究

随着磁浮技术的不断发展,依靠人工施工检测面临着市场的淘汰,为进一步提高磁浮智能化施工技术,研发了一种磁浮动力轨参数自动检测设备,并成功应用到清远磁浮项目完成现场验证.设备采用线结构激光扫描技术、自动控制技术实现检测设备的自动巡航检测,实现高架工况下动力轨的自动测量.与传统人工检测相比,检测设备可实现检测数据的实时显示、远程控制和监测,满足不同工况下的动力轨检测,在检测效率和安全保障方面取得进步,促进磁浮施工技术迈向信息化、智能化方向发展.
Research on Automatic Testing Equipment of Maglev Power Rail Parameters
With the continuous development of maglev technology,manual construction testing is facing the market elimination,in order to further improve the intelligent construction technology of maglev,a maglev dynamic rail parameter automatic testing equipment is developed,and successfully applied to the Qingyuan Maglev Project to complete the field verification.The equipment adopts line structure laser scanning technology and automatic control technology to realize the automatic cruise detection of the testing equipment and the automatic measurement of the power rail under elevated conditions.Compared with the traditional manual testing,the testing equipment can realize the real-time display,remote control and monitoring of the testing data,satisfy the dynamic rail testing under different working conditions,make progress in inspection efficiency and safety guarantee,and promote the maglev construction technology towards the information and intelligent direction of development.
