新型再生复合龙骨制备及其力学性能研究

工程建设中龙骨体系是周转料控制中的重要环节.目前,现有龙骨体系存在周转率低、木材废弃严重等问题.本文采用建筑工程废旧木材和先进挤出包覆工艺,制备新型再生复合龙骨,并测试其相关力学性能.测试结果表明,40 mm×70 mm规格的新型再生复合龙骨具有更高延性,更适合工程应用,其抗剪强度是0.71 MPa,抗压强度13.16 MPa、弹性模量941.06 MPa、惯性矩和抵抗矩分别为1.24×106 mm4 和3.50×104 mm3、抗弯性能22.33 MPa.相比传统木方龙骨,新型再生复合龙骨的弹性模量和抗弯强度较优.新型再生复合龙骨具有固废材料资源化利用、成本低廉及标准化制备等优点,为工程建设中龙骨体系的可持续发展奠定了基础.
Investigations on the Preparation of Newly Recycled Composite Wood Keel and Its Mechanical Properties
The keel system is an important link of turnover material control in engineering construction.Recently,the existing keel system has the disadvantages of a low turnover rate,serious wood waste,etc.In this study,a new type of recycled composite wooden square keel was prepared using construction waste wood and advanced extrusion coating technology as well as testing their related mechanical properties.The test results show that the new composite keel of 40 mm×70 mm had higher ductility,which was more suitable for engineering applications.Its mechanical properties covered 0.71 MPa shear strength,13.16 MPa compressive strength,and 941.06 MPa elastic modulus.The moment of inertia and resistance torque calculation were1.24×106 mm4 and3.50×104 mm3,and the bending capacity was 22.33 MPa.Compared with the traditional wooden square keel,the newly recycled composite wood keel had better elastic modulus and flexural strength.The new composite keel had the advantages of solid waste resources utilization,low cost,and standardized preparation,which can lay a foundation for the sustainable development of the keel system in engineering construction.
