Research on the Design of Uplift Pile Under the Combined Anti-Floating Action of Retaining Wall and Uplift Pile
Uplift piles can be used for anti floating and can also improve structural internal forces. However, for the combined anti-floating engineering of retaining walls and uplift piles, the actual anti buoyancy provided by uplift piles is difficult to directly determine, and there may be insufficient pile bearing capacity or low utilization rate during design. To ensure that the bearing capacity of uplift piles meets the requirements and has good economic efficiency,a three-dimensional calculation and analysis model for the joint action of subway stations, uplift piles, and retaining walls is established based on engineering examples.A comparative analysis is conducted on the stress and deformation of subway structures and uplift piles under different pile lengths and diameters.Research has shown that the axial stiffness value of uplift piles is positively correlated with the length and diameter of uplift piles, and the larger the axial stiffness value of piles, the greater the anti buoyancy force they need to bear, and the more significant the improvement of internal force and deformation of the station structure;when the length of the uplift pile is short or the pile diameter is small, the bearing capacity of the uplift pile may be insufficient.Conversely, the utilization rate of the bearing capacity of the uplift pile may be low.It is necessary to adjust the layout method, pile diameter, pile length, etc.of the uplift pile to meet the requirements of the bearing capacity.
