Research on Durability Design of Bridge Pile Foundation in High Erosion and Corrosion Environment
In order to solve the corrosion problem of sea-crossing bridge pile foundation under high erosion and chloride salt environment, the Taoyaomen highway-railway dual-purpose bridge was taken as the research object. The dual time-varying diffusion law of chloride ions in circular pile was studied using mathematical model, and its characteristic parameters influence on the concentration distribution of chloride ion was analyzed, then the corresponding pile foundation design method was proposed. The results show that the chloride ion concentration on the concrete surface continuously increases along with the exposure time, while decreases exponentially with the increase of diffusion depth;the larger the age decay coefficient, the smaller the convergence value of chloride ion diffusion coefficient;as the attenuation coefficient of chloride ion concentration increases, the time for chloride ion concentration to stabilize decreases, and the chloride ion concentration in concrete also continuously increases;the time-varying diffusion coefficient of chloride ions has a more significant impact on chloride ion concentration than the time-varying concentration of chloride ions.Specific design measures have been proposed in three aspects:the design of a new type of cofferdam structure for both anti-corrosion and impact resistance, the design of the minimum protective layer thickness, and the control of crack width, effectively improving the anti-erosion and anti-corrosion capabilities of the pile foundation.
