深圳地铁环线规划建设方案研究与思考

城市轨道交通环线作为一种特殊形态和功能的线路,目前国内已有北京、上海、天津、深圳、成都、重庆等多座城市建设运营环线,为推动环线高质量发展建设,有必要对地铁环线功能和规划建设条件进行研究.首先通过分析国内地铁环线的规划和建设情况,总结提出国内地铁环线功能以截流、串联和包络作用为主.随后以深圳为例,从环线与城市发展互通需求、不同型式环线的特征与建设效果等层面深度剖析了深圳地铁三组环线建设方案,并在此基础上,研究提出环线建设应规划引领、按需建设、逐步完善;中心环线作用以截流、串联为主,外围环线作用以包络、串联为主;外围环线应设置与中心城区的直通快线;环线规划建设应充分预留好远期线路接入条件等建议,以期为其他城市地铁环线的规划建设提供借鉴.
Research and Thinking on Planning and Construction Plan of Shenzhen Metro Loop Line
As a special form and function line,the urban rail transit loop line has been constructed and operated in many cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Shenzhen,Chengdu and Chongqing.In order to promote the high-quality development and construction of the loop line,it is necessary to study the function and planning and construction conditions of the metro loop line.Firstly,by analyzing the planning and construction of domestic metro ring lines,this paper summarizes and puts forward that the functions of domestic metro ring lines are mainly interception,series connection and envelope.Then,taking Shenzhen as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the three groups of ring line construction schemes of Shenzhen Metro from the aspects of the demand of ring line and urban development,the characteristics and construction effects of different types of ring lines.On this basis,it is proposed that the ring line construction should be planned,constructed on demand and gradually improved.The role of the central loop is mainly interception and series connection,and the role of the peripheral loop is mainly envelope and series connection.The peripheral ring line should be set up with the central city of the direct line;the planning and construction of the ring line should fully reserve the long-term line access conditions and other suggestions,so as to provide reference for the planning and construction of other urban metro loop lines.
