Research on the Key Technology of Repairing the Water Diversion Tunnel in the Limited Space
In the process of repairing restricted space diversion tunnel,the construction is very difficult because of complicated operation,great risk and urgent time to restore water supply.Based on the background of restoration of water diversion tunnel from Xianan to Xinju of Minjiang River Water Diversion Project in Fuqing,the transportation of large diameter steel pipe and the restoration of tunnel in confined space were studied.According to the tunnel diameter and structure,a reasonable way of track laying was chosen,and the steel pipe transport tooling was designed in combination with the form of steel pipe.By installing transportation tools at both ends of the steel pipe,the problem of long-distance transportation of large diameter steel pipes in narrow water diversion tunnel was solved.After the steel pipe was transported to the repair position,auxiliary adjustment measures such as 7-shaped plate and positive and negative screw pull rods can be used to improve the precision of seamless joint of the steel pipe.After the steel pipe was positioned and welded,the outside of the steel pipe was backfilled with grouting through the embedded grouting pipe.The research and application of this technology has solved the construction problems of long-distance transportation,positioning,welding and backfilling of large-diameter steel pipes in narrow water diversion tunnel,completed the restoration of diversion tunnels safely and efficiently,shortened the water supply time by 35 d compared with that of the owner,and ensured the normal production and domestic water consumption in Fuqing and Pingtan.
