复杂环境下海底隧道大盾构掘进施工参数控制研究

以新建汕头至汕尾铁路汕头湾海底隧道为研究对象,分析了上软下硬地层、全断面硬质岩层等复杂环境下海底隧道大盾构掘进参数变化规律,并提出相应的掘进施工参数控制措施.结果表明:在上软下硬地层中,盾构掘进耗时、掘进平均速度、平均扭矩和刀盘挤压力能够较为真实地反映掌子面上软下硬地层的地质属性,盾构总推力与刀盘转速对上软下硬地层地质差异因素变化不灵敏,盾构推进速度宜控制在5 mm/min左右,刀盘转速0.8~0.9 r/min,推进力控制在95000~110000 kN,刀盘扭矩宜控制在3~6 MN·m,刀盘挤压力控制在25000 kN左右,岩面起伏较大且岩质坚硬的段落,可采取预爆破方式降低岩石的完整性和力学强度;在硬质岩层段,刀盘挤压力每增大1000 kN,单刀受力增加约1.2 t,刀盘扭矩变化较小,掘进速度增加15 mm/h左右,刀具总受力控制在85%~90%左右,并对常压刀盘提出了更换新型滚刀刀具、缩小刀间距、减小刀具刃宽等施工控制措施,以实现盾构匀速、安全施工.
Research on Parameters Control for Large Shield Tunneling Construction of Submarine Tunnel in Complex Environment
Taking Shantou-Bay Submarine Tunnel of the newly built Shantou to Shanwei Railway as the research object,this paper analyzes the variation patterns of shield tunneling parameters in complex environments such as upper-soft and lower-hard strata,and full section hard rock,and proposes corresponding excavation control measures.The results show that the shield tunneling time cost,average tunneling speed,average torque,and cutterhead extrusion pressure can accurately reflect the geological properties of the upper-soft and lower-hard strata on the tunnel face,while the total thrust force value and rotational speed of cutterhead are not sensitive to geological changes in the upper-soft and lower-hard strata.The tunneling speed should be controlled at around 5 mm/min,the rotational speed of cutterhead should be 0.8 to 0.9 r/min,and the total thrust force value should be controlled at 95000 to 110000 kN,the torque of the cutterhead should be controlled between 3 to 6 MN·m,and the cutterhead extrusion pressure should be controlled around 25000 kN.Pre-blasting can be used to reduce the integrity and mechanical strength of the rock for sections with large rock surface fluctuations and hard rock.In the hard rock section,for every increase of 1000 kN in the cutterhead extrusion pressure,the force on a single cutter increases by about 1.2 t,and the torque of the cutterhead changes slightly,the tunneling speed increases by about 15 mm/h,and the total force on the cutting tool is controlled at around 85%to 90%.Construction control measures such as replacing new roller cutters,reducing the spacing between cutters,and reducing the width of the cutting edge have been proposed to achieve rapid and safe construction of the shield tunnel.
