Research on Safety and Rapid Construction Control Measures for Xiangshan Tunnel
In order to solve the construction difficulties and safety risks caused by various adverse geological conditions along the Xiangshan Tunnel,research on safe and rapid construction control measures has been carried out for this project.For the composite formation of jointed and fractured rock masses,the tunnel lining support parameters were optimized,and strict requirements were placed on the quality of primary support shotcrete,steel arches,and bolt,which improved the stability and durability of the lining structure.For the weakly cemented sandstone formation with rich water,a combined auxiliary construction method of surface ultra deep wells and grouting around the tunnel was adopted,successfully reducing the groundwater level and surrounding rock moisture content,ensuring safe and rapid construction in this section.These innovative measures have achieved significant results in the Xiangshan Tunnel project,providing valuable reference and guidance for similar complex and unfavorable geological tunnel projects.
