盾构机盾尾密封油脂对橡胶性能影响研究

以三元乙丙橡胶为受试件,研究盾构机盾尾密封油脂对橡胶性能的影响,分别测试常温环境(23±2)℃下盾尾密封油脂浸渍橡胶7、14、21、31 d,老化条件(70℃×96 h)下盾尾密封油脂浸渍橡胶,以硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率三个指标值表征油脂对橡胶性能的影响.结果表明,基于三项力学指标下的油脂对橡胶均具有腐蚀作用,且随浸渍龄期增加,橡胶性能损失愈大,老化条件下橡胶性能损失更为明显.建议以老化条件下油脂浸渍为测试条件,评价油脂对橡胶腐蚀性指标限值为:手涂型硬度损失≤10 度、拉伸强度降低率≤30%、拉断伸长率降低率≤25%;泵送型硬度损失≤10 度、拉伸强度降低率≤40%、拉断伸长率降低率≤30%.
Study on the Influence of Shield Tail Sealing Grease on Rubber Property
Using EPDM as the test material,the effect of shield tail sealing grease on the rubber property was studied.The EPDM was impregnated with shield tail sealing grease for7 d,14 d,21 d and31 d under normal temperature(23±2)℃,and was impregnated with shield tail sealing grease under aging 70℃×96 h,respectively.The influence of shield tail sealing grease on rubber properties was characterized by the index values of hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break.The results show that the grease has corrosive effect on rubber properties under three mechanical indicators.With the increase of impregnation age,the loss of rubber properties is greater,and the loss of rubber properties is more obvious under aging conditions.It is suggested that the shield tail sealing grease immersion under the aging condition has been used as the testing condition,and the indexes and limits for evaluating the corrosivity of shield tail sealing grease to rubber are:hand coated type hardness loss≤10 degrees,tensile strength reduction≤30%,elongation at break reduction≤25%,and pumped type hardness loss≤10 degrees,tensile strength reduction≤40%,elongation at break reduction≤30%.
