Influence of Rock Mass Joints and Rock Block Mechanical Parameters on the Penetration Rate of TBM
To study the influence of rock mass joints and rock block mechanical parameters on the penetration rate of TBM,the discrete element method was used to analyze the influence of rock mass joint inclination angle and spacing on the penetration rate of TBM.Based on the statistical data of the construction site, the correlation between rock mechanics parameters and TBM penetration rate was studied. The results show that:(1)when other conditions remain unchanged and the joint inclination angle is between 0° and 60°,the penetration rate of TBM increases with the increase of the joint inclination angle;when the joint inclination angle is between 60° and 90°,the penetration rate of TBM decreases with the increase of inclination angle.(2)Within a certain range, the higher the degree of joint development and the number of joint groups, the higher the penetration rate of TBM.(3)The penetration rate of TBM decreases with the increase of uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of the rock, and increases with the increase of Poisson's ratio of the rock. This paper obtains a series of meaningful fitting curves, which can provide a basis for quantitative analysis of the relationship between TBM penetration rate and rock joint and rock block mechanical parameters.
