基于BIM技术的地铁变电所电缆敷设优化技术研究

城市轨道交通牵引变电所大多设于地下,有限空间内施工电缆数量多、接口复杂,专业施工容错率低、返工成本大,需要对电缆敷设进行专项优化设计,达到一次成优、节省成本的目的.本文依托苏州轨道交通 11 号线项目,研究电缆自动寻址技术,分析变电设施精准布置、冲突规避、线缆路径规划等流程,明确了线缆分层排布原则,提出一种基于BIM技术电缆自动寻址模拟敷设方案,并实现对电缆交叉、弯曲半径、占积率、电缆预留等的自动控制,可有效提高城市轨道交通变电所施工管控效率.
Technology Research on Optimization of Cable Laying in Subway Substation Based on BIM Technology
Most of the subway substations are hidden underground,cable construction in substation has the characteristics of limited space,large number of cables and complex interface.Cable construction has low fault tolerance rate and high reword cost,thus needs special optimization,so as to achieve the purpose of one-time success and cost saving.Relying on the construction of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11,this paper researches the technology of cable automatic addressing technology,analyzes the process of precise layout of facilities,conflict avoidance and route planning of cables.Based on the research above,we make clear the layout principle of cable in each layer,put forward a simulated cable laying scheme based on automatic addressing and BIM technology,and realize automatic control of cable crossing,bending radius,occupancy rate,cable reservation,etc.,which can remarkably improve the efficiency of construction management and control of subway substations.
