转体桥临时锁定及无称重配重施工技术应用研究

为解决桥梁转体前不平衡称重拆除砂箱可能损伤滑道与称重过程费时费力的问题,本文提出一种临时锁定及无称重配重施工技术,推导配重力矩等计算公式并制定施工方案,在两个转体桥的四个转体T构中,通过测定临时锁定型钢割断前后应变变化值,计算转体桥配重力矩,同时在转体T构中采用常规不平衡称重技术,计算出不平衡力矩进行对比验证.结果表明:临时锁定及无配重称重技术测量与配重力矩计算结果准确度较高,能够精确反映桥梁结构偏心状态,并且可以控制配重后转体桥体系偏心距在10 cm范围内,表明临时锁定及无配重称重技术能够快速、准确实现称重配重工作,具有一定可靠性与可行性.
Research on the Application of Temporary Locking and Non-Weighing Counterweight Construction Technology for Transformer Bridges
In order to solve the problems of unbalanced weighing before bridge turning to remove the sand box may damage the slipway and the weighing process is time-consuming and laborious,this paper puts forward the temporary locking and no-weighing counterweight construction technology,deduces the counterweight moment and other calculation formulas and gives the construction program,in the two turning bridges of the four turning T-structures,the counterweight moment of the rotating bridge was calculated by measuring the strain changes before and after the temporary locking sections were cut,and the conventional unbalanced weighing technique was also used in the T-frames of the bridges,and the unbalanced moment was calculated for comparative validation.The results show that the counterweight moments calculated by the temporary locking and weightless weighing techniques are accurate,and can correctly reflect the eccentricity of the bridge structure,and can control the eccentricity of the rotating bridge system in the range of 10 cm after counterweighting.It shows that the temporary locking and weightless weighing technology can quickly and accurately complete the weighing and counterweighting work,and has certain reliability and feasibility.
