重庆潼南区东升大桥建设项目主桥采用(59+258+59)m中承式系杆拱桥,由两主墩斜腿"Y"形刚构框架体系及中间提篮系杆拱三部分组成.斜腿"Y"构包括外倾墩身、近似倒梯形宝石结构下横梁、内倾多维空间前后悬臂梁(包括混凝土段、钢结构段)、端横梁与上横梁、钢混叠合梁主梁、边跨系杆等结构体系,结构设计新颖、施工难度极大.本文重点分析阐述下横梁及前后悬臂混凝土段结构施工方案选择与优化以及关键工艺控制措施,以期为类似桥梁施工提供借鉴.
Key Technology of Construction of the Substructure of the Main Pier Slant Legged Y-Shaped Structure of the Half-Through Tied Arch Bridge
The main bridge of the Dongsheng Bridge construction project in Tongnan District,Chongqing adopts a(59+258+59)m half-through type tied arch bridge,consisting of a diagonal leg'Y'shaped rigid frame system with two main piers and a middle basket tied arch.The slant legged'Y'-shaped structure includes an outward leaning pier body,an approximate inverted trapezoidal gemstone shaped lower crossbeam,an inward leaning multi-dimensional space front and rear cantilever beam(including concrete and steel structural sections),an end crossbeam and upper crossbeam,a composite beam steel main beam,and side span tie bars.The structural design is novel and the construction difficulty is extremely high.This article focuses on the selection and optimization of construction plans as well as key process control measures for the lower crossbeam and front and rear cantilever concrete section structures,hoping to providing reference for similar bridge construction.
