硬岩地质下隧道爆破数值仿真研究

本文研究硬岩地质条件下隧道爆破施工技术参数、布孔方式,并利用数值仿真软件分析爆破过程中硬质围岩损伤及应力波传播规律.结合吉心村2 号隧道工程地质实际,针对性提出一种适合硬岩隧道钻爆法开挖布孔方法;采用数值仿真软件模拟隧道开挖爆破过程,从围岩损伤与应力波传播两个角度验证布孔方式的合理性.于吉心村 2 号隧道现场进行3 次上台阶爆破试验,平均炮孔利用率达90.9%,效果较好,再次验证了爆破布设图的可行性.本文研究结果可为类似工程爆破设计提供参考.
Numerical Simulation Study on Tunnel Blasting in Hard Rock Geology
In this article,the technical parameters and hole layout method of tunnel blasting under the hard rock geology were studied,and numerical simulation software was used to analyze the damage and stress wave propagation law of the surrounding rock during the blasting process.Based on the the actual engineering geology of Jixin Village No.2 Tunnel,a hole layout method suitable for the hard rock tunnel drilling and blasting excavation was proposed accordingly.The excavation and blasting process of the tunnel was simulated using numerical simulation software,and the feasibility of the hole layout method was verified from the perspectives of surrounding rock damage and stress wave propagation.Based on on-site engineering of Jixin Village No.2 Tunnel,three rounds of bench blasting were carried out,with an average utilization rate of 90.9%.The results were good,verifying the feasibility of the blasting layout plan.The research results of this article can provide a reference for the design of blast holes in similar engineering projects.
