土压平衡盾构在硬岩掘进周边环境减振措施研究

为解决徐州地铁6 号线黄-商区间盾构施工对邻近村庄建筑及居民产生的振动影响,对振动产生机理、传播特性、影响因素等进行综合分析后提出三种有效减振措施,即盾构掘进参数调整、膨润土混合注浆、减振孔布设.单独测试每种措施对地表的减振效果,再将三种减振措施综合运用于盾构施工中,分析不同措施下的减振效果.实测数据表明,单独测试条件下打设减振孔措施减振效果最好,而通过综合应用几种减振措施后,地表振动速度整体减小近60%,显著降低了对居民和建筑物的影响.本研究对其他工程减振措施制定具有一定参考价值.
Research on Vibration Reduction Measures for Surrounding Environment in Hard Rock Excavation of Earth Pressure Balance Shield Tunneling
In order to address the vibration impact of shield tunneling on nearby villages during the construction of the Huang-Shang section of Xuzhou Metro Line 6,three effective vibration reduction measures were proposed after analyzing the principles,propagation characteristics,and influencing factors of vibration generation,including adjustment of shield tunneling parameters,bentonite mixed grouting,layout of vibration reduction holes.Firstly,the vibration reduction effect of each measure on the ground was tested separately,and then the three vibration reduction measures were comprehensively applied to shield tunneling construction to analyze the vibration reduction effects of different measures.Engineering measurement data shows that setting vibration reduction holes has the best vibration reduction effect in individual tests,and after applying various vibration reduction measures,the overall vibration speed of the ground is reduced by60%,significantly reducing the impact on residents and buildings on the ground.The research has certain reference value for vibration reduction measures in other engineering projects.
