盾构穿越城门洞型无压隧洞加固技术研究

本文以深圳地铁16 号线二期工程盾构穿越东江水源碧玲隧洞为研究对象,该隧洞于 2001 年 12 月采用新奥法建成,每年停水检修1 次,每次停水时间为1 个月,对加固方法和施工工期要求高.根据盾构穿越位置、施工检修口位置、隧洞结构特征等条件,制定盾构穿越前隧洞加固方案.隧洞加固考虑内衬粘贴钢板、植筋锚固、回填灌浆、锚杆加固等工艺措施:内衬钢板与隧洞衬砌之间灌注WSJ灌注型建筑结构胶,并用自锁锚杆连接,安装螺栓,锚杆进行长短型号奇、偶数编号,呈梅花形布置,位置避开裂缝不小于 400 mm.对盾构隧道穿越时的安全性进行数值分析,并总结盾构穿越隧洞加固技术经验,为后续类似工程提供参考.
Research on Reinforcement Technology of Shield Tunneling Through City Gate Type Pressureless Tunnel
Taking the shield tunneling through the Biling Tunnel of Dongjiang Water Source in the second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 as the background,the tunnel was built using the New Austrian Tunneling Method in December 2001.It is shut down for maintenance once a year for a period of one month each time,which requires high reinforcement methods and construction period.Based on various conditions such as the location of the shield tunnel crossing,the location of the construction and maintenance port,and the structural characteristics of the tunnel,a reinforcement plan for the tunnel before the shield tunnel crossing is formulated.Technological measures such as pasting steel plates on the inner lining,anchoring with planting bars,backfilling grouting,and anchor rod reinforcement should be taken into consideration in tunnel reinforcement.WSJ cast-in-place building structural adhesive is injected between the lining steel plate and the tunnel lining,and is connected with self-locking anchor rods.The bolts are installed,and the anchor rods are numbered with odd or even numbers in length,arranged in a plum blossom shape.The position of the anchor rods should avoid cracks by no less than 400 mm.Numerical analysis is conducted on the safety of shield tunnel crossing,and the experience in strengthening shield crossing tunnels are summarized,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
